(1) The Government of Nepal may make necessary rules to implement the purpose of this Act.
(2) Subject to this Act and the rules made under this Act, organizations operating care centers or day service centers may make necessary regulations regarding the admission, residence, and conduct of senior citizens.
(3) The regulations as per sub-section (2) shall come into force after being approved by the Ministry of Women, Children and Social Welfare.
